Paid Search Specialist at Cornerstone onDemand in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital marketing, the Senior Manager, Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing the execution of Cornerstone's global paid SEM programs. In this role you will Executing CSOD digital strategy for one or more of the following marketing programs targeted at prospect and customer audiences: paid search, pau-per-click directory listings, website retargeting, display and video campaigns. + Managing global paid search strategy, including: + Search, Display, and Video campaign setup and management + Keyword research and negative keyword identification + Creative development + Landing page optimization + Retargeting strategy + Campaign reporting + UTM creation and assignment + Managing global directory listings strategy: + PPC bidding oversight + Listing content + Data integrations with CSOD MarTech + Program administration + Enforcing best practice adherence to all optimization standards to ensure all paid search campaigns comply with search engine and organizational policies. + Updating budgets + Producing communication on program performance + Submitting and monitoring purchase orders and billing You've got what it takes if you have + Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SAAS or B2B industry + Experience analyzing web traffic in Google Analytics (preferably GA4) and identifying improvement opportunities + Experience with development and implementation of paid search campaigns + Experience working with creative teams + Experience working with external contractors & vendors + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. + Excellent communication and collaborative skills + Degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field + Excellent desktop computer skills including MS Office, and other publishing tools + Combined knowledge of online marketing and product marketing preferred. + Capability of working independently while also being a strong, passionate team player on projects + Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment + Consideration for privacy and security obligations Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental commitment at Cornerstone OnDemand.
