The Event Staff position is a part-time, on-campus job with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include collaborating as a team and working independently to guarantee the smooth operation of events hosted by USUE.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities fluctuate based on the schedule and event. Assistance is required in all facets of event planning, preparation, and execution as needed. This includes setting up chairs, tables, and buffets; handling cashier duties, ticket, and concession sales; delivering food and managing clean-up; and maintaining event and catering equipment.
While experience with audio-visual equipment or familiarity with Geary Theater is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
