Join a collegial team of five Orthopedic Surgeons at this thriving independent community hospital in Southern Illinois, just outside of Evansville IN.
•Immediate demand for as much as 50% Hand on Day 1, with opportunity to build to 95%+ Hand if desired
•Extraordinarily competitive compensation - $850-900K base salary, with lucrative additional bonuses (wRVU bonus, quality bonus, APP stipend, call stipend, and more)
•Proven $1.25M+ earning potential - no expensive "buy-in" required, unlike private practice
•Best-in-industry recruitment incentive bonus: $300K+
•Plenty of OR time available. ORs run extremely efficiently; swing rooms utilized frequently
•Each surgeon works w 1-3 dedicated APPs
•Extremely minimal call, taken primarily from phone as hospital does not have trauma designation. Generous 1 hour return-to-facility.
•Work 4 days per week & enjoy excellent work/life balance
•This is an extremely financially stable hospital, and Orthopedic Surgery is the "crown jewel" of the organization. Their goal is to find a fifth high-quality Orthopedic Surgeon who will help them continue to meet the needs of their growing community - this time in the high-demand area of Hand surgery -and they are willing to remunerate accordingly.
