They have a complex matrix of shared services on the G&A side for all the companies. They have about 30 companies they launched and support - each is its own entity but the only hiring the startups do at the early stage is the scientific space. All other functions come from a centralized corporate team at Flagship - finance, IT, HR, etc. They use NetSuite at the corporate level and then each company when it's launched has to get onboarded on to NetSuite. Each company typically will need their NetSuite customized/configured it a way that suits their needs. Right now, they have only 1 NetSuite person responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of all the companies. When the companies get offboarded at the Series B level then they get onto their own NetSuite and separate from Flagship. The Flagship corporate team handles that as well. They're looking for a NetSuite SME/Admin to add to the team - they're not implementing NetSuite so don't need a developer or back-end expert but someone who's an expert at configuration, customization, and optimization. This person will be coordinating directly with the companies, so they need excellent communication skills.
