Position Title: Set-Up Technician

Wage: $23.00/Hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday) or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

Set-Up Technician Responsibilities:
- Set-up, teardown and maintain extrusion tooling and single and twin screw extruders
- Operate forklift
- Conduct quality control checks against set-up sheets, procedures, and work instructions, utilizing different measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures
- Complete extrusion dimensional charts, check sheets and required documentation
- Update set-up sheets and documentation as required
- Troubleshoot extrusion problems and provide assistance to associates on other lines when needed
- Make cartons, skids and tooling preparations for the next order
- General housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements For Set-Up Technician:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to stand for full shift
- Ability to work in hot environments
- Ability to climb up and down platforms/stairs
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Basic math and measurement skills
