Job Description
CMM Finance company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract/Admin Clerk to join our administrative team. This position plays a critical role in processing contracts and titles accurately and efficiently for multiple dealership locations, including Muscle Shoals and Florence. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:Accurately verify and enter contracts from multiple dealership locations
Confirm that all required documents and paperwork are complete and correct
Verify customer employment and update spreadsheet for all open and funded contracts
Process funding of contracts as they become ready
Maintain organized vendor files
Manage and update repo log for all repossessed vehicles and aftermarket products
Mail customer correspondence, including welcome letters, repo letters, and private property notices
Inventory repossessed vehicles and coordinate with out-of-state auctions as needed
Accept customer payments and provide general administrative support (phones, filing, insurance updates, etc.)
Provide outstanding customer service via phone and in person
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Prior experience in an administrative or dealership-related role strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer literacy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position is based in a professional office environment within a dealership or finance company setting. It may involve sitting for extended periods and frequent interaction with customers and vendors over the phone.
