What You'll Be Doing - Mentor & guide professionals using your HR, recruitment, onboarding and people expertise
- Support individuals in aligning work with their values and purpose
- Build authentic relationships through digital platforms and values-led communication
- Introduce proven personal growth, leadership, and career development tools
- Operate independently, managing your own schedule while collaborating within a supportive community
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring
Who This Is For - Experienced HR professionals, Recruiters, or People & Culture leaders with 5+ years' experience
- Self-motivated, independent, and values-driven
- Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools (or open to learning)
- Passionate about personal growth, transformation, and helping others succeed
- Interested in flexible, autonomous, and meaningful work
