Job Description
We are seeking a Marina Maintenance Position to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Hoosier Hills Marina/Patoka 4 Seasons Resort are looking for Motivated Individuals!
Past Experience is preferred but, if you have the basic skills in key areas; we will train you as needed in our environment. The environment for this position is a Growing Marina/Resort with Growing Sales including significant expansion. All positions can impact several areas of our businesses which include Boat Sales, Slip Rentals, Dock Service, Restaurant, Marina Store, Boat Service and our Cabin Resort Thus, providing opportunities to explore new interests while contributing to our growth. We do not expect to find someone that has every skill but, the more experience the better the compensation package will be for the individual. Compensation will be determined by the individual experience and responsibility that they take on. Peak Season staffing requires Weekend Availability. Scheduling is specific to the position posted so, please review the Job Description. Compensation may include: 401K style investment matching and paid vacation, unpaid/flexible time off and other possible benefits. We do not offer Health Care at this time but, is being evaluated for some candidates. We have existing maintenance personnel that have mechanical and technical experience and continue to grow in the Marine area. We are looking to add to our team. Lead Positions are available but, all levels of experience should apply! The candidate must be motivated, self-starter and team player. We are looking for someone that takes ownership for their work and pride in their workplace!\r\n\r\nThere is a 30 minute unpaid lunch scheduled for each work day.\r\n\r\nWe do work hard so, this is not a resting place!
