We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Enhancement Manager, you’ll: Be responsible for the overall performance of the Enhancement Division, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure the crews consistently perform high-quality work by understanding customer/AM requirements and profitably fulfilling them, while following company policies and procedures, maintaining all operations and safety standards. The overall success of a project depends on the Enhancement Manager’s ability to clearly communicate, understand the scope of work, estimate and schedule, manage to a set budget, and control direct costs such as labor, materials, and subcontractors. If this sounds exciting to you, we are seeking a leader with these qualifications: 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an enhancement management or similar capacity Strong organization and conflict management abilities Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail. Determination to exceed the goals of the position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader. Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
