**Responsibilities/Duties**
DSI (Diversified Services for Industry), a Vonachen Family company, is looking to fill a laborer position in a heavy industrial Dubuque, IA. Job duties include, but not limited to light industiral work and snow removal when needed.
**Required Skills**
Power industrial experience is preferred, but not required. Applicant must be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40-50 pounds. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
**Details**
The pay rate is **$13.50/hour (non snow removal wage) and $15.50/hour (snow removal wage). Hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts (Monday-Friday).**
Work would include shoveling snow if needed, otherwise would be working in the facility. Also looking for one skilled labor position**(2nd shift)** that would include operating a snow plow/salt truck when needed ($26/hour while operating snow plow/salt truck), working in the facility when not operating the plow truck.
**Benefits Included: Medical,Dental, Vision, STD and 401K.**
**$100 after 30 days and another $400 after 90 days.**
**Steel toe shoes are required.**
