About the role

As a Kinaxis Implementation – Solution Architect , you will make an impact by designing and implementing Kinaxis-based solutions that optimize supply chain processes and drive operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across IT and business units.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions for Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Demand Planning.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis configurations.

• Conduct assessments of existing Kinaxis implementations and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build internal Kinaxis capabilities.

• Ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis with existing enterprise systems and processes.

Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Phoenix AZ. What you need to have to be considered:

• 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on Kinaxis implementations.

• Proven expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, and Demand Planning.

• Proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals and real-world application of RapidResponse.

• Experience in Manufacturing Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, and broader Supply Chain processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

These will help you stand out:

• Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.

• Solution Consultant Level 2 certification.

• Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1.

• Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,500 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate.

This role is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
