Blacklock Group are partnered with a top-tier investment bank who are looking to add an Associate to their ranks. The Associate will sit within their Technology team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and execution of financial models, valuations, and other key financial analyses for clients.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and key business drivers.
• Participate in due diligence processes, collaborating with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage various aspects of deal execution from initiation to closure.
• Assist senior bankers with client relationship management and support all aspects of the transaction process.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of deliverables, adhering to internal and client deadlines.

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, ideally with a focus on the Technology sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in investment banking, financial services, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other financial software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
