Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify. What You'll Do:Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVsConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentationsClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:High school diploma or equivalent is required2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferredMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales licenseBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer informationValid driver's licenseMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThis position is a 100% commission-based role. ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
