Human Resources Business Partner in Boca Raton, FL! The
Human Resources Business Partner will provide human resources consultation and support to designated business units, lead organizational assessments and develop workforce plans based on external customer trends and issues. This role will oversee employee relations within their designated business units, including conducting investigations when necessary (30%). This position will also utilize knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support (50%) to line managers, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures. Execute talent strategies and related recruiting activities (20%) and identify talent gaps and implement effective hiring strategies. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the HR team, monitor HR metrics and trends, and standardize HR processes across different departments and business units.
Qualifications ESSENTIALS OF THE JOB :
- Provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives.
- Develop and execute workforce plans based on an understanding of external customer trends and issues in the industry.
- Lead organizational assessments to identify and address performance gaps and convert strategies into result-driven actions.
- Utilize knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers and act as a liaison with other HR functions.
- Provide change management leadership to support organizational initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify talent gaps and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct recruiting activities, interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist with the hiring process.
- Provide coaching and development to managers and employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Represent the HR department in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement standard HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness as assigned by the HR Manager/Sr. Manager/Executive Director.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the HR team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to standardize HR processes across different departments and business units.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to managers and employees as needed.
- Lead talent management initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees and create development plans for employees.
- Work with managers to identify organizational effectiveness issues and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of related experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Must have knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Must be a team player and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Previous experience in direct supervision of HR professionals is preferred.
- Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and managing and developing direct reports is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office 365 technologies; expert level in One Note, Forms, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Additional Experience Information: - SHRM certificate preferred.
- Previous supervisor experience but entry level supervisor is also acceptable.
- Preferred professional experience in working with senior-level executives within and outside the company, as well as customers, vendors, visitors, and others.
