Active Bar Admission in New York (link removed)> Class years 2017-2020 with substantive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring (link removed)> Proven experience representing creditors, investors, distressed companies, and other stakeholders in complex U.S. and cross-border insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Familiarity with large-scale Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters, particularly those involving contested proceedings before trial and appellate courts. Large law firm experience is required (link removed)> Key Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of complex restructuring matters, representing creditors, investors, distressed companies, and other key stakeholders. Play a key role in both U.S. and international insolvency and restructuring matters , including representing clients in contested Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings. Participate actively in multidisciplinary, cross-border transactions , particularly within Latin America and Eastern Europe, where the firm holds a strong market presence. Prepare and negotiate legal documents essential to the restructuring process, including proposals for in-court and out-of-court settlements, credit agreements, and distressed debt trading arrangements. Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and legal standards, with a focus on providing sound, strategic counsel.
