Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Darien, CT
Duration: 2-3 Months
Pay Range: $20-$27/hr on W2


Job Descriptor:


Qualifications:
This is a special project to thoroughly review HR files contained in 400+ boxes. The main responsibilities are:
  • Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.
  • Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets)
  • Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to handle large amounts of HR files (personnel files, payroll, pension)
  • Attention to detail, it is required to enter information to our data base.
  • Organizational skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • The role requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents.
