General Manager – Full-Service Hotel (Confidential Search)

Location: Orlando, FL

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 base + bonus potential

We’ve been retained on a confidential search for a General Manager to lead a 300+ room full-service hotel in the Orlando market. This is not a maintenance role—it’s a leadership opportunity to reinvigorate operations, drive revenue, and spark a cultural reset inside a high-visibility property.

The Opportunity

This property has the bones, the rooms, and the location to perform at a much higher level than it does today. What it needs is a leader who thrives in full-service hotel operations, has an instinct for revenue generation, and understands how to transform a team that’s been surviving into one that’s thriving.

The next GM will be asked to:

• Take charge of daily operations with a visible, hands-on presence across front desk, rooms, and especially Food & Beverage.
• Bring a “commercial mindset” that balances strong cost control with aggressive revenue push in rooms, catering, and outlets.
• Create a people-first culture that reduces turnover, inspires department heads, and stabilizes frontline morale.
• Partner closely with Sales, Revenue, and Ownership to build momentum and measurable growth in RevPAR and profitability.

The Ideal Fit

• Operations Leader : Proven success running a large full-service hotel (300+ rooms). Comfortable in both rooms and F&B environments.
• Revenue Driver : Evidence of topline growth—RevPAR index gains, banquet/catering revenue lift, outlet performance improvement.
• Culture Builder : Track record of reducing turnover and elevating service scores through training, visibility, and consistent standards.
• Strategic Operator : Knows how to execute tight labor and P&L controls while never losing sight of guest value.
• Discreet Professional : Understands the sensitivity of confidential searches and conducts themselves accordingly.
