Complete Development, Inc., a well-established heavy civil construction company, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of earth moving and support equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safety across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on bulldozers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, and related small equipment (compactors, dewatering pumps, cut saws, etc.).
  • Complete small engine rebuilds or replacements, component replacements, and major equipment repairs as required.
  • Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Work to minimize equipment downtime to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements:

  Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel/heavy civil equipment repair.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and service manuals.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
  • Military background or experience with John Deere and Bomag equipment is a plus.
