Indiana Fitness Works is looking for a full time Healthcare Recruiter in Indianapolis, IN. Indiana Fitness Works is a privately owned and operated rehabilitation company. We provide Physical, Occupational, Respiratory and Speech/Language Therapy to skilled, assisted, and pediatric facilities. We also hire CNA’s, QMA’s, LPN’s, and RN’s. We recruit for 15 Skilled long term care facilities, 5 assisted living facilities, 2 pediatrics facilities, and Home Health services. The Healthcare recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Creating and running ads for hire, monitoring, and following up on candidates
-Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
-Screening and interviewing candidates
-Negotiating job offers for nursing staff
-Onboarding new hires, setting up applicant’s files, and setting up orientation
-Staying up to date on licenses and medical documents
-Focusing on improving retention and recruiting needs

Qualifications :
-High School Diploma – Bachelor’s degree preferred
-2 years of experience in a recruitment role
-Previous experience in healthcare
-Excellent communication skills- written and oral
-Excellent interpersonal skills
