As a General Manager , you will lead your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure success. You will be responsible for instilling Wendy’s culture, motivating your team to exceed customer expectations, and managing all operational and financial aspects of your restaurant. You should have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
