Looking for someone with Moving experience to report to the Waldorf, MD office Monday - Friday.

Daily Tasks (To include but not limited too) :

• Prior experience with diesel trucks and simple maintenance not mandatory but preferred.
• Monitor all trucks and maintenance. 
• DOT compliance for all vehicles and drivers/Employees
• Use the new software Foley Services
• Perform driver tests and routine safety meetings with Drivers
• Help with day-to-day warehouse activities
• Forklift certified preferred but not mandatory
• Go to residential jobs frequently to perform quality control and assist client
• Assist with MoverSuite dispatching features and MS Warehouse
• Assist with commercial jobs as a supervisor as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Candidates must be comfortable with a fast paced, opportunity-filled work environment.
• The ability to help lead our crews in both warehouse and residential, someone who is willing to help the crew and not just direct the crew.
• Team player who is willing to help others in both the office and in the field.
• Must have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to assess, coach, and mentor drivers.
