• Sales Development: Actively prospect for new clients through calls, emails, and referrals.
• Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to evaluate their insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about the various insurance products offered by Farmers and develop a strong understanding of how they meet clients needs.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they feel confident in their coverage.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in continuous training to develop your sales skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of insurance regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to achieve sales targets, share insights, and help drive agency growth.

• High School Diploma: Or Equivalent
• Ability to Obtain Property and Casualty License: Must be willing and able to obtain your Property and Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable with Technology: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and basic office tools.
• Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: A proactive, optimistic approach to both sales and client interactions.
• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle a variety of responsibilities.
• Team Player: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, sharing insights, and contributing to the agencys success.
