A good driving record is a must JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good working Farm/Hay/Forage Operations Manager for a Wyoming Farm/Ranch operation. Person needs to be hardworking and dependable. Prefer candidates who have grown up on a farm and would like to make it their career. Additional experience backgrounding cattle would be ideal. Plenty to keep busy on the haying side in addition to some feeding during the winter months. Prefer a person who knows and uses John Deere precision ag and guidance systems in hay production, who can operate hay machinery, and who knows maintenance and repair. Construction experience is a plus. The ideal person would be someone that has 5+ years of experience in addition to leadership experience, ready to take on responsibility working with the Agricultural Manager on strategy, budgets, hiring, and daily oversight of getting things completed and keeping on schedule from day-to-day with 10+ employees. The Ag Manager is looking for an energetic person that will be his right hand to assist him with day-to-day operations, growth, and opportunity that presents itself over the years to come.
