A bit about us:

Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its growing team.

1. Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. Organizing and maintaining files and records.
4. Planning and coordinating internal and external events.
5. Conducting research and preparing briefings on various topics.
6. Handling confidential information with discretion.
7. Assisting with various projects as assigned by the executive team.
8. Liaising with clients, vendors, and staff to facilitate communication and ensure all parties are informed of relevant updates.
9. Managing expense reports and processing invoices.
10. Providing general administrative support as needed.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years complex administrative experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
7. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage stress effectively.
8. Experience in the real estate and/or construction industry is a plus.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
