Job Description
- Reviewing and researching title work for insurance customers in Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas.
- Completing applications for salvage titles.
- Setting up sales processes.
- Processing salvage titles from the state.
- Staying current with title/salvage laws in multiple states.
- Answering and updating the status of titles.
- Reviewing and correcting missing information on titles.
- Answering around 20 inbound calls daily, researching and answering questions about title status or providing missing information.
- Processing an average of 60 titles a day, ensuring attention to detail to avoid rejections.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Carmel, Indiana.
Work Environment
Business Casual Dress Code - No leggings, holes in jeans, skirts or short dresses, as well as no t-shirts, hoodies, or sweatshirts. The office features an open and tall cubicle layout, located on the second floor. This is a full-time in-office role, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, in a brand-new office.
