Job Summary

If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking an Event Manager to organize special events for our company. As the Event Manager, you will ensure events are not only a hit with our customers but also cost-effective with a strong return on investment. The ideal candidate is outgoing and energetic with strong management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize all elements of event logistics
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and interest
• Create event budget and maintain strict adherence to it
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Hire event staff
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations
• Evaluate the outcome of events and provide upper management with report and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an events manager
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• Bachelors degree in public relations, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
