Position : Entry-Level, Part-Time Healthcare Front Desk Receptionist

Do you have a black belt in multitasking and can handle phone calls, long lines, and telling a great knock-knock joke simultaneously? If so, we've got the perfect entry-level position for you!

Job Description:

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients. Your main mission: spreading joy, handling phone calls, checking patients in & out, taking payments, and maintaining a zen-like calm amidst the medical chaos.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a joke that's funnier than their insurance premiums.
• Answer phones with enthusiasm
• Channel your inner detective to solve any obstacles that may arise
• Verify patient information with and accurately add in their demographics, identification, and insurance
• Scan and fax medical documents while following HIPAA protocol
• Turn awkward payment conversations into sidesplitting sitcom material (and of course, collect the payments necessary)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivilent
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask like a ninja cat on a hot tin roof.
• Proficient in handling/counting money
• Possess an almost telepathic connection with computers and know them like the back of your hand
• Operates office machines such as a printer
• Maintains excel spreadsheets

Travel

Travel between facilities is required if staffing necessitates. Office locations are in Greenville, SC and Boiling Springs SC.
