Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and are successful. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for event planning, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, trade shows, meetings, and social events.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their event needs and objectives.
• Research and book venues, catering, entertainment, and other event services.
• Help manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Assist in the development of event budgets and track expenses.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels.
• Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and tear-down.
• Collect and analyze feedback from event participants to improve future events.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare post-event reports.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with event management software and social media platforms
