WE ARE HIRING FULL-TIME INBOUND AGENTS FOR OUR CALL CENTER AT OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS LOCATED IN SCHAUMBURG, IL.

Job Description:

The Call Center Inbound Agent ensures every patient calling in for a dental appointment is greeted, listened-to and scheduled in a compassionate, timely and professional manner. This position is our first impression between the company and the patients.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• provide excellent customer service to all patients calling in
• Answering phone calls
• scheduling appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers
• assist in answering general inquiries from patients
• Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures
• Looking for solutions to our patients’ challenges

Qualifications/ Skill Sets:

• Ability to be on time and your shift
• Strong Computer Skills– Ability to maneuver within multiple computer systems at once
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• ability to problem solve
• Exceptional customer/patient service skills (Customer focused attitude)
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand information and effectively relay information back to the patient
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment.
• Detail oriented
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to recognize and be sensitives to patients' emotions
• Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required

Availability Required:

Working hours: M - F: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Full time - 40 hours a week
• Saturdays are required for new hires
• 1 day off during the week
