Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with recurring journal entries to support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Participate in various accounting projects, contributing to their successful completion.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable transactions to ensure proper documentation.
• Provide support in analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies or trends.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or compliance reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and workflows.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work setting.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting functions is a plus.
