We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Email/Chat Support Clerk Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in customer support. As a key part of our team, you will assist customers through email and chat, ensuring they receive timely, helpful responses to their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
Help customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support, ensuring an excellent experience.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Log customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance purposes.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Participate in training sessions to expand product knowledge and sharpen support skills.
Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance customer experience.
Stay informed about product updates, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus).
Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and customer service.
Comfortable using chat platforms and email communication tools.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
