Position: Electric Motor Mechanic Location: Phoenix, AZ Brand: Keller Electrical, an OTC Industrial Technologies Company Segment: Pumps & Motor Technologies Pay range: $24-$39/hr, depending on experience Shift: Second Provider of industrial electrical services, equipment, components and supplies. The company's services include integration, installation and repair services for industrial electrical motors, generators and transformers. The company's infrastructure services include motor repairs and services, controls manufacturing, electrical design/build, electrical and mechanical field services, and product sales.

We are seeking a skilled
Electric Motor Mechanic to join our team. As an Electric Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electric motors and related equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of electric motors for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify electric motors and related components issues.
- Repair and Maintain: Perform repairs, overhauls, and routine maintenance on various electric motors, including but not limited to AC and DC motors.
- Testing and Quality Control: Verify the functionality and efficiency of repaired motors by conducting tests and quality control checks.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and other relevant information.
- Parts Sourcing: Identify and source replacement parts as needed, ensuring timely availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns.
Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical motor repair or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an electric motor mechanic or similar role, with a strong understanding of electric motor systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing AC and DC electric motors. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in motor repair.
- Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision in repair work.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Safety Awareness: A commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work in compliance with industry standards.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the Region to customer locations.
