This exciting role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales strategy and operational execution within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling into Hospitals, Healthcare Organizations, Surgery Centers, and Medical Clinics. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to cultivate a high performing sales culture within the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a successful sales strategy and operating models within the healthcare sector, specifically targeting Hospitals, Healthcare Organizations, Surgery Centers, and Medical Clinics.
  2. Cultivate a high performing sales culture within the organization while developing and driving the inside sales team.
  3. Meet Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets.
  4. Attend relevant tradeshows and events while promoting a positive influence and image of the company.
  5. Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive sales and improve customer experience.
  6. Build effective client and customer relationships.
  7. Take direct sales responsibilities with assigned customers (current and new).
  8. Focus on Direct Sales in Emergency Services, Contingency Services, Decompression Services, OEM Services.
  9. Make sales strategy and operational execution improvements as needed.
  10. Prepare Sales and Marketing content.
  11. Promote a positive experience in working with Customers, Suppliers, Distributors and both internal/external staff.
  12. Travel as needed, mostly in Southern California and Northern California or where prospects are.
Qualifications:
  1. Must have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device, medical equipment, or healthcare sector.
  2. Proven experience selling into Hospitals, Healthcare Organizations, Surgery Centers, and/or Medical Clinics.
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing a successful sales strategy and operating models.
  4. Proven ability to cultivate a high performing sales culture within an organization.
  5. Must have excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
  6. Experience in direct sales of Emergency Services, Contingency Services, Decompression Services, OEM Services is a plus.
  7. Must be willing to travel, mostly in Southern California and Northern California or where prospects are.
  8. Experience in Sales Reporting and preparing Sales and Marketing content.
  9. Proven track record in promoting a positive experience in working with Customers, Suppliers, Distributors, and both internal/external staff.
