R/West, a Portland, OR based marketing communications agency, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to manage execution of media campaigns mostly in the digital and social space. This position would ultimately be based in our Portland, OR office, but is currently a remote role.

This position will be responsible for the following:
* Working directly with clients as well as internally with other media team members, brand managers and creative teams to establish media objectives, strategies, tactics and KPIs for advertising campaigns
* Performing ongoing campaign optimization, analysis and recommendations, primarily in the paid digital and social space
* Management of media buy process including but not limited to developing buy parameters, creating RFPs and negotiation (when applicable), client approval, reconciliation and invoicing of media campaigns
The ideal candidate for this position will:
* Have 5+ years experience with media planning & buying across multiple mediums, specifically in digital media and/or paid search arena. Preference to prior agency experience
* Have experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other digital platforms
* Be a critical thinker and be savvy and knowledgeable of social and emerging media channels
* Be organized, self-directed and efficient
* Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to share information with internal stakeholders and clients.
* Be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
Experience with the Following tools is preferred: Media Planning tools, Digital and Social Media platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
