The Digital Marketing Specialist - PPC is responsible for developing and executing pay-per-click ad campaigns, optimizing ad campaigns, managing budgets, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize return on ad spend and meet business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 
•    Campaign Strategy and Planning: Responsible for devising PPC campaign strategies, including competitor analysis, keyword selection, targeting options, campaign structure, and budget allocation.
•    Keyword/Audience Research and Analysis: Research and analyze keywords and/or audiences to identify valuable search terms for effective ad targeting.
•    Ad Creation and Optimization: Develop and continually optimize ad creatives, including ad copy and visuals, to improve click-through rates and conversions.
•    Bid and Budget Management: Monitor and adjust keyword bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to control costs and allocate resources optimally.
•    Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
•    A/B Testing: Conduct split tests on various campaign elements to determine which components yield the best results. Create landing pages to test to improve conversion rates.
•    Industry Knowledge: Stay on top of best practices and evolving changes in PPC.
•    Other duties as assigned

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•    Associate Degree
•    3+ years of recent PPC experience actively managing and optimizing eCommerce campaigns

•    Ad Platform Experience: Intermediate Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platform skills to create and optimize search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
•    Data Analysis and Reporting: Intermediate proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics 4 and ad platform data to make data-driven decisions, optimize strategies, and report on performance.
•    AI-Driven Optimization: Utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to analyze campaign data, automate bidding strategies, and optimize ad placements for maximum effectiveness.
•    Copywriting: Good writing skills (spelling, grammar) to craft ad copy and landing pages.
•    Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-level ability to use Excel to analyze and view data.
•    Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute PPC campaigns aligned with business goals.
•    Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues within ad campaigns.
•    Project Management: The ability to manage multiple ad accounts, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
•    Communication: Effective communication skills to convey strategies, results, and insights to both team members and stakeholders.
•    Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in priorities, digital marketing trends, search engine marketing best practices.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to align PPC strategies with overall business objectives and drive integrated marketing efforts.
