Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help elevate our digital presence through strategic content development, social media management, SEO optimization, and PR initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of results—especially within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO), improving rankings and visibility.
• Identify and pursue public relations opportunities to promote the firm’s expertise, including media placements and partnership announcements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support digital campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in the financial services space.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, SEO, and online brand building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience working with PR agencies or securing media placements.

Location: This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in the New York Tri-State area for occasional in-person meetings and events.
