A nationally recognized manufacturer in the building products industry is seeking a Fabricator / Maintenance Mechanic (CTH) to join its 2nd-shift maintenance team. This company has been a staple in U.S. manufacturing for nearly 100 years, operating multiple plants nationwide and producing high-performance building materials used in both commercial and residential construction. This is a hands-on, industrial role in a high-volume plant environment supporting mission-critical production equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys fabrication/welding, and wants to grow into a fully skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician.

About the Role
The Fabricator / Maintenance Mechanic will support plant operations by maintaining, repairing, fabricating, and troubleshooting equipment throughout the facility. Although this is a maintenance role, the hiring manager is open to individuals with strong fabrication/welding backgrounds who want to transition into maintenance and grow their skills.
This is a 2nd shift role (2pm–10pm, M–F) with rotating mandatory Saturday shifts and required holiday coverage (alternate schedule).
Note: This is a dusty, loud, temperature-extreme industrial environment—ideal for candidates who appreciate tough, hands-on work and a tight-knit crew.
