Job Description:
As a bilingual dental receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our practice by ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and your responsibilities will include:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with scheduling appointments in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain patient records and manage filing systems.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in both languages.
• Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure the waiting area and reception area are tidy and welcoming.
• Assist dental staff with administrative duties as needed.
