Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Deburring Finisher in Leland, NC!

Responsibilities:

• Performs deburring operations on a large variety of parts at times with high levels of complexity, ensuring the operation is performed within established parameters, minimal scrap, and acceptable levels of output.
• Plan deburring technique using proper tools, and produces parts within established finish specifications, specifications at acceptable levels of production, which includes the reading and interpretation of process drawing, routings, and travelers.
• Use a full range of deburring equipment and hand tools in support of daily output on specific materials ensuring that 100% of parts produced meet or exceed expectations.
• Reads and interprets a variety finish specifications and engineering drawings.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding and ability to use deburring and finishing tools and precision measuring tools is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand technical documentation, computer literate, read process drawing (blueprints).
• 1 - 3 years of grinding experience in a precision manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $18.00

Hours/Shifts:
1st shift - Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day, 6 am to 4:30 pm

2nd shift - Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day, 4 pm to 2:30 am

Weekend - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12 hours per day, 6 am to 6 pm (two lunch breaks paid)
