Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our databases or computer systems accurately and timely.
• Verify data accuracy and identify errors or discrepancies for correction.
• Update and maintain records of events, attendees, and other relevant information.
• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
• Organize and maintain files and records for efficient data management.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
