This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems. Verify and correct data inconsistencies and errors. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with other team members to resolve data issues and discrepancies. Generate reports as needed for management or team use. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
