Job Description

Job Description:
IntelliGenesis is seeking a Cyber Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product vision and strategy.  In this role, you’ll play a key part in positioning our portfolio of next-generation cybersecurity and threat intelligence solutions. You’ll be responsible for effectively communicating IntelliGenesis’ capabilities and mission-driven strategies to senior customer audiences. Your efforts will help match our strengths to agency and department needs, ultimately empowering our clients and partners to outpace the adversary.
Success in this position requires demonstrated sales leadership experience and strong executive-level relationships across the territory. We’re looking for someone who is results-driven, adaptable to evolving business environments, and passionate about forging internal relationships and external partnerships. You’ll also need to be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and ready to drive market impact with energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from generating and qualifying new opportunities to closing deals.
  • Partner with clients to understand their objectives, user needs, and product vision, translating these into product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications.
  • Provide thought leadership, working with key stakeholders to define requirements, build partnerships, and oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Oversee product development and maintenance to ensure alignment with client and market needs.
  • Craft compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate IntelliGenesis from competitors and highlight our unique market advantages.
  • Actively participate in key industry events to build networks and identify new opportunities.
  • Balance user experience with business goals, breaking down complex problems and managing their resolution.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications.
  • Lead engagements with company partners, top designers, and technologists.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, analyzing the market to establish competitive advantages and the most effective path to a sale.
  • Stay current on security trends, threat landscapes, and new product/service offerings to tailor sales propositions.
  • Work closely with clients, senior management, and internal teams to gather feedback and shape product requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including technology-related sales or business development with proven field-selling success.
  • At least 3 years as a Product Manager for a SaaS B2B product and 4+ years of team leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Sales experience in Federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and cloud services.
  • Ability to articulate how technology products and solutions solve business problems, and to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans inspired by collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Experience crafting go-to-market sales strategies for cybersecurity products.
  • Ability to partner with finance teams to create proposals and establish proper pricing.
  • Collaboration with finance, marketing, product development, and other functions to enhance visibility and drive engagement with target accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing, product development, and pre-sales teams to meet sales targets and deliver effective product messaging.
  • Ability to relay product specifications to marketing for accurate promotion of products/services.
Preferred Skills:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Compensation Range: $175,000 - $215,000
