🧭 About the Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team and become the face of ShareWillow for our customers. Your job is to help clients succeed with our platform — from onboarding and training to troubleshooting and strategic support. You’ll be their trusted guide, helping them build better incentive plans and get maximum value from our software.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Own the post-sale customer relationship for a portfolio of SMB clients

• Deliver onboarding sessions, training, and ongoing product support

• Help customers design and optimize incentive plans using our software

• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product and support teams

• Monitor customer health and take proactive steps to prevent churn

• Drive customer referrals, testimonials, and upsell opportunities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support (SaaS or SMB clients is a plus)

• Clear communicator — written and verbal — who can build strong relationships

• Organized and proactive with a bias toward solving problems before they happen

• Comfortable learning new software and explaining it to others

• Bonus: experience with incentive plans, compensation design, or HR tech

• Located in or willing to work in NYC (we operate hybrid with in-person team collaboration)
