Garden Center Manager Location Richardson, TX :

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Garden Center Manager to oversee the operations of our garden center. The Garden Center Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the garden center, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the garden center, including opening and closing procedures - Manage and train a team of garden center staff to provide exceptional customer service - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals - Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation - Create attractive displays to showcase garden center products - Assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice, and lawn care recommendations - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote garden center products through e-commerce platforms - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in garden center management or a related field - Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and lawn care products - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide expert advice to customers - Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required - Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Retail sales experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
