Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Rockville, MD

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Salary: $20-$22 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is fully in-office for the first six months during the training period, after which a hybrid schedule will be implemented with two days working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
