Duration- 3 months of contractual

Job Description:

• Conduct title examinations for various properties, from simple parcels to complex commercial real estate.
• Review and analyze records, including mortgages, leases, and liens.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in title documentation.
• Prepare accurate title commitments and reports.
• Provide underwriting interpretations and insights.
• Utilize online research tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Florida commercial title examination experience (essential).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree, Trace, etc.).
