🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Train under experienced Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching and CRM tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing warm leads from multiple sources

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree  OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles
• Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
