Data Architect specializing in HEDIS/STARS

Qualifications:
experience as a data architect responsible for defining dimensional data models for Data Warehouses and Data Marts, including conformed dimensions and facts.
5+ years of experience working as a healthcare data architect, specifically on HEDIS/STARS related data solutions.
Extensive experience with building out modern data architectures and cloud data platforms, including Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in leading solution blueprint efforts and enhancing data mart solutions. • Experience with SQLServer on-premises and cloud migration projects.
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Self-hosted Integration Runtime (SHIR), Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2), and Blob Storage.
Strong understanding of data modeling best practices for Data Warehouses and Data Marts, including dimensional modeling with conformed dimensions and facts.
