Innovate and Improve: Take part in exciting PACS initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and new site launches. Coordinate Projects: Work alongside vendors, IT, and clinical teams to achieve project milestones on time and within scope. Ensure Compliance: Conduct audits, access reviews, and risk assessments to maintain the highest standards of HIPAA and information security compliance. Monitor and Optimize: Track system performance metrics and proactively address incidents, performing root cause analysis for continuous improvement. What You Bring Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 3+ years in PACS or medical imaging systems administration. Technical Mastery: Solid understanding of HL7, DICOM, IHE, and healthcare interoperability standards. Regulatory Savvy: Knowledge of HIPAA, information security best practices, and IT project management. Analytical & Communication Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and clear, effective communication with technical and clinical teams. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with ISPACS, VuePACS, or similar platforms is a plus. Why Join Us? Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a mix of remote and on-site collaboration, with occasional travel within the USA and Canada for project support. Career Growth: Be part of a dynamic, expanding team committed to professional development and innovation. Meaningful Work: Contribute to healthcare excellence by supporting critical systems that directly impact patient outcomes. Ready to Take the Next Step?
