Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and design-savvy leader with a background in flooring or interior design. This sales-driven individual will possess the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this services business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, project management , operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the flooring, interior design, or residential renovation industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling operations.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of flooring installation (hardwood, tile, vinyl) and countertop projects, including material selection, estimation, scheduling, crew coordination, and quality assurance for high-end finishes.

• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously , ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and client satisfaction standards.

• Sales & Business Development: Proven success as a sales-driven leader in securing new projects, client relationship management, proposal development, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Design Acumen: Experience or a strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to integrate design services into flooring and renovation projects to meet client aesthetic and functional goals.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of installers, designers, and support staff, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a specialized construction/design context.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various flooring materials, installation techniques, countertop options, relevant building codes, and industry best practices.
